Too early to start this? Too late? (I have no idea how or when the bands get booked). Anyway....just a couple that've come to mind recently....

Habib Koite
Rod y Gab (especially since I didn't get to see them last month)
Gogol Bordello (yeah, I know...but they're always so fun)
Neal Young (cuz I missed most of his set at 'roo 2)
Led Zeppelin
Tony Furtado
Darrell Scott
Beat the Donkey
Nancy Griffith

I'll take mar's list and add:

MBV - yep, I'm requesting them again
Janes Addiction - original with Perry, Dave, Stephen and Eric

Also, I would request anyone that I know (i.e. Superdrag last year) that can get me into the same camping situation. I'm spoiled.

After Sunday's show, I gotta add David Byrne to the list!

As far as nationally touring bands- I'm casting my vote for Blitzen Trapper as well. They killed opening for Iron and Wine at the Bijou. Great mix of electro-folk / rock. The Black Keys need to be there too. Concerning local bands- I'd love to see the Dirty Guv'nahs land a spot this year. They've been tearing it up lately. I think it's time to give them a shot at the next level.

John Paul Jones does sit in with everyone. I went to the Warren Haynes Christmas Jam this past weekend over in Asheville and JPJ was everywhere. From playing mandolin with Del McCoury to rocking Zeppelin songs on bass with the Allman Brothers. It was pretty great.

I read that rumor about Phish and the Boss also. I would be more than satisfied with those two.

After watching Shine A Light, I would love to see the Rolling Stones.

KO - I will second that. I don't care how old they are.

Keef seems to be slipping a bit on his guitar playing- whenever he stopped playing the band always sounded more together. But shit, who can replace HIM?

Nobody, that's who.

well... there is quite a gap in phish's summer tour schedule - just enough room for bonnaroo. i hope it's less twirl-more rock though. i can only take so much twirling. but they can rock if they wanna.

i've also heard rumors of RHCP.
personally, i want the beasties.

The schedule seems to have been released. I didn't get an e-mail about the schedule, but while on the site I noticed it is up:
