Available on site? From any location? Reliable?

They have totally reliable wi-fi in the press trailer, but it isn't open 24 hours. They had fairly reliable wi-fi at my campsite, which was in the press camping area. I have no idea what the situation would be in the general camping area. I know my cell service was very spotty.
